Energy Work
We are all made up of energy. Unfortunately, our energy can get cloudy or muddy due to different factors such as eating too much processed food, treating others poorly, being a part of negative relationships, living in a state of chronic stress, going through depression, etc, etc. What energy work can do is give you a power-wash, cleaning out the "mud" and "grime" and bring it closer to its original form which is light and vibrant. In that state of being, you can clearly see who you are therefore making it much easier to make choices that serve your highest good.
As a reiki energy worker, I simply act as a guide and partner. A guide who takes you to a place of deep relaxation (and sometimes through a guided journey) and a partner who balances your energy along with you. This is achieved by a guided relaxation and by me placing my hands on or hovering above your body. You'll be fully clothed and can be sitting up or lying down. Long-distance reiki is also available.
This work is a great way to "tune-up" your personal energy and achieve balance. It creates a deep sense of relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.
